HVH Tuesday Training & Coaching Sessions
When: Tuesdays starting 10 April 2018
Session one time: 4:15pm to 5:15pm – Junior Women & Men (ages 15 to 19).
Session two time: 5:15pm to 6:15pm – All Master Senior, and Junior Women & Men.

Venue: HVH Clubrooms, Petone Recreation Ground.

For 2018 HVH is offering two coached training sessions with Lachlan Davey on Tuesdays, at the HVH Club Rooms, starting from Tuesday 10 April.
These sessions will be offered initially for six weeks, and depending on update and feedback, the committee will consider extending them. There are two sessions, open to club members only, which are fully subsided by the club.
Session one: 4:15pm to 5:15pm – Junior Women & Men (ages 15 to 19).  This session will have more of a ‘performance’ focus for those junior men and women looking to improve their running.
Session two: 5:15pm to 6:15pm – Open to all club members over 15 years – Masters, Senior, and Junior Women & Men. This session will have more of a participation focus.
Lachlan is an experienced athlete with a strong running and triathlon background. He is a professional coach who will tailor the sessions to suit the needs of those members who join the sessions including a variety of drills and exercises to help you improve through the season.
