Saturday 29 August saw seven teams battle it out for the title of 2015 HVH Quiz Champions at the annual HVH Quiz Night.
This year’s quiz comprised 6 rounds, covering general knowledge, sports, local knowledge, music, history and movies & tv. A special round to test the team’s observation and memory skills rounded out the night. During the evening 10 movie previews were played and then just prior to round six, the teams were informed that the night’s special round required them to name the 10 movie previews that had been shown.
A close battle of knowledge and wits emerged with last year’s champs holding a slim lead throughout the competition before relinquishing their title to eventual 2015 winners, The Motley Crew.
