On Saturday 1 September 2018 as small number of member’s from Hutt Valley Harriers lined up on the Petone Foreshore for the 2018 Saunders Cup. The weather was fine, with a steady westerly wind pushing runners out along the Esplanade, and having to run back to the finish line into this same wind.
