Club Runs:
U18 & U20 Juniors run with the main club packs in group runs from the clubrooms on Saturdays.
There are a variety of groups to different abilities which are led by senior and experienced club members. The groups leaders are there to encourage and support you during these club runs.
Club group sessions:
From time to time, special sessions may be organised for the U18 & U20 juniors, either on club days or at another suitable time. If you are interested in these, please let us know.
Coaching & training programs:
Everyone has different goals and ambitions from simply getting fitter to winning national championships. If you need help and support, please get in touch.
Age Grades:
The age grades are as follows.
U20 – Men & Women Under 20 (at 31 December in the year of competition).
U18 – Men & Women Under 18 (at 31 December in the year of competition).
U15 – Boys & Girls Under 15 (at 31 December in the year of competition).
This means:
If you turn 15 this year, you will race in the u18 grade.
If you turn 18 this year, you will race in the u20 grade.
If you turn 20 this year, you will race in the Senior grade.
Prizes & awards:
Every year at the annual prize giving, achievement by HVH junior athletes is recognised and celebrated. You are especially invited to the club prize giving too!
