NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF HVH
Notice is given that HVH will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday 28th September 2024 at 1:30pm
The purpose of this AGM is:
- To elect officials for the 2025 year
- Receive and accept the interim annual accounts for the 2024 season
- Consider and vote on any recommendations from the Executive Committee for Life Membership
- To discuss and agree an alternate way to that which was passed at the 2023 AGM for recognising members who volunteer during the season
- To consider any other remits put by the membership
NOTE: If any member wishes to propose any remit for consideration at the AGM this must be with the Executive Committee NO LATER than Sunday 22 September 2024 to enable the membership to be informed of the remit prior to the meeting. Remits should be sent to either the President (Vanessa Trompetter) or Club Captain (Paul Strickland).
